Description:
From these upscale condos you can view the gorgeous clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your front balcony or porch, and relax with the view of a tranquil lake from your back balcony or porch. Just steps from your front door, you can take a quick dip or sunbathe at one of three beautiful pools in the complex. You might choose to picnic at the cabana and deck area next to the villas and alongside the lake. For your stroll to the sugary white sands of the beach or a picnic at the park shelter, take the short walk through the convenient tunnel to the other side of the road.

Villa guests also have complimentary access to the $3.5 million “Club Destiny” at Destiny East. This 5000 sq. ft. private clubhouse features a large heated pool with fountains, whirlpool spa, well-equipped fitness center with locker rooms, lighted tennis courts, putting green, playground, and 25-seat theater with scheduled movies. From there, you can also enjoy the jogging and nature trail.

Ground floor unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 7 (1 king bed, 1 bunk bed with twin top and full lower, 1 queen sofa bed) and two porches.

Second floor unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed), and two balconies.

There is a “lock out door” that allows the units to be rented separately or together for great friends and family get-togethers!

Both units also have fully equipped kitchens (dishes, cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, tea pot, blender, linens), towels and bed linens, washers and dryers, air conditioning and heating, 2 telephones, answering machine, 3 TV’s with cable, 2 VCR’s, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fans, and ample parking.

PLEASE, NO SMOKING, NO PETS. RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT OVER 25.
