From this upscale second floor condo, you can view the gorgeous clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico while sitting on your large private balcony. Listen to the water fountain splashing in the small lake below, or look to the right and watch people enjoy sunbathing, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the whirlpool spa.

The serene beauty of the area entices you to cross one of the private beach access points to stroll on the sugar white sand beaches or swim in the playful surf.

Guests at the Gulf Place Caribbean have complimentary use of the tennis courts, nature trails, tree shaded picnic area, lawn croquet, shuffleboard, charcoal grill, three pools, two whirlpool spas, and the grassy amphitheater where there are frequent concerts, movies and special events.

Gulf Place is a planned community that also has beautiful landscaping, boutique shops, casual and elegant dining, scheduled summer Kid’s Club and Kid’s Night activities, numerous winter “Snowbird” events, sports equipment rental, and golf nearby. Area trails allow you to bike, walk, jog, or roller blade for miles. Two county beach parks further add to the charm of this area of the Beaches of South Walton, and no high-rise buildings can be seen for miles.

This condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, and twin bunks recessed in the hallway). The unit is on the second floor and accessible by stairs or elevator. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, tea pot, blender, linens), towels and bed linens, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, 2 telephones, answering machine, 3 TV’s with cable, 2 VCR’s, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fans, and ample parking.

PLEASE, NO SMOKING, NO PETS. RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT OVER 25.
